Now that the weather is trending to warm and lovely, the group will be meeting at Hunt Park on non-rainy days. Hunt Park is here in the same neighborhood as the Center, on the corner of Summit and Fountain Streets.

The Breastfeeding Cafe

Mondays 1–2:30pm, ongoing free drop-in group
Fridays, 10–11:30 am, ongoing free drop-in group

Come and meet other women who are breastfeeding their babies! This free drop-in group focuses on supporting breastfeeding mothers. We provide a space for mothers to come and be with their babies and meet other breastfeeding mothers. Have a cup of tea, relax, and chat with others about what’s on your mind. Support staff is available to answer any breastfeeding questions with accurate, up-to-date information. One caveat: This is not a place to solve big breastfeeding problems. If you are having a lot of breastfeeding issues, your situation may warrant an individual breastfeeding consult. The 2nd and 4th Mondays are for moms with multiples (singleton moms welcome too!) Working and Breastfeeding Support Group

Working mothers need support too! This free drop-in group is for mothers who have returned to work and are continuing to breastfeed. Our goal is to provide a forum where breastfeeding working mothers can come and meet other breastfeeding mothers in similar situations. One caveat: This is not a place to solve big breastfeeding problems. If you are having a lot of breastfeeding issues, your situation may warrant an individual breastfeeding consult.
