Refund Policy

A full refund, minus a $25 processing fee per class, plus 2% on the total for credit card payments, will be provided upon request up until one week before a class begins. After that time, refunds will not be issued, though students may transfer their registration to another class (including our online programs). Once we are within 24 hours of a class beginning, no refunds or credit transfers will be permitted. There is no refund for online classes.

Refreshments

We will provide a healthy snack and choice of beverages during break times for each class. If you are taking one of the longer Saturday classes, a full lunch is not provided. You may go out for lunch (we are just one west of downtown Ann Arbor and there are plenty of places to choose from) or you are welcome to bring a bag lunch and relax at the Center if you prefer. We do have a refrigerator and microwave available.

Focus on Labor & Birth Condensed Class (full-day Saturday)

Lunch break will be from1-2pm.

Getting Ready for Baby (full-day Saturday)

Lunch break will be from 12:30-1:30pm.

Missed Classes

If you or your partner has to miss a class that you have registered for, we will give you access to comparable material from our Online Childbirth Preparation programs. Email patty@center4cby.com for help.
