Landmark Articles on the Safety of Homebirth Published
The Midwives Alliance of North America is pleased to announce the publication of the largest ever U.S. study on planned home birth. The research establishes that low risk women who have planned homebirths experience fewer medical interventions without an increased risk to moms and babies. The Journal of Midwifery and Women’s Health is providing free online access to the full content of both articles through the end of this year.
