Pregnancy Massage Class is designed for family members to provide physical and emotional support to a loved one during pregnancy and labor. Expectant mothers and one companion (can be spouse, partner, family member, or friend) learn pregnancy relaxation and labor massage techniques, postural re-education as well as proper lying positions.
