We will cover all the basics in this hands-on, interactive, nurturing, and fun childbirth preparation class, designed specifically for those of you with overly-full schedules. Spend a day together, as a couple, preparing for your upcoming birth. We will cover the following topics:

  • Movement and positioning for labor and birth
  • Breath awareness and relaxation techniques

Fee $200 per couple, includes course book, a delicious lunch, and nutritious snacks throughout the day (vegetarian option available); discount for multiple classes
