Come and meet other women who are breastfeeding their babies! This ongoing FREE group focuses on supporting the new breastfeeding pair. We will provide a combination of a nurturing environment and accurate, up-to-date information. Topics are listed for each week, however, time is set aside to address each individual mother’s concerns. Please bring your baby and your breastfeeding questions. Topics include: settling in with your new baby, breastfeeding challenges, balancing baby with family needs, and nighttime parenting.

Weekly support group, for moms with in-arms babies, focuses on making a positive adjustment to the joys and challenges of being a new mom. Topics include sleep issues, breastfeeding, baby-wearing, taking care of yourself, sex after baby comes, birth stories, infant massage, baby signs, and more. Eight-week class repeats consecutively and can be joined at any point in the series.

Offers family-style home day care, parent education, and support groups using the R.I.E. method. Certified in Waldorf early childhood and hold an early childhood teaching certificate from the state of Vermont. We provide a safe, nurturing, relaxed environment where infants and toddlers are encouraged in developmentally age appropriate social skills, self concepts, and independence, and are given respect by their caregivers.
