The postpartum period is a time of transition, learning, growing, loving and, sometimes frustration. My goal is to help families find their way through this challenging time in their own way. I help with practical household issues — dishes, cooking, light cleaning etc., and with baby care, recovery, and breastfeeding.

I love the tears and the joy of new motherhood — and usually there is a lot of both in the first weeks! As a postpartum doula, I support new mothers in any way that is needed, especially in C-section recovery, older sibling adjustment, and breastfeeding (including breastfeeding after reduction or augmentation).
