Center for the Childbearing Year, LLC

The Center offers educational programs, support groups, and resources for expectant parents, as well as training and certification program for aspiring doulas and professionals who serve childbearing families. A lending library is available and open to the public. Patty Brennan is the owner/director.

Lifespan Doula Association

Lifespan Doula Association was founded in 2016 by Patty Brennan and Merilynne Rush for the purpose of providing professional End-of-Life Doula Training and certification. Additional trainings include Home Funeral & Green Burial Workshops and Advance Care Planning Facilitator Training and certification.

The Breastfeeding Center of Ann Arbor, LLC

The Breastfeeding Center of Ann Arbor, LLC offers lactation consultant services, support groups for breastfeeding mothers, and a store stocking bras and specialty items for breastfeeding mothers. Training to become a professional lactation consultant is now available! Owner Barbara Robertson is an international board-certified lactation consultant (IBCLC).

New Moon Midwifery

New Moon Midwifery is a homebirth midwifery practice owned by Amanda Howell, CPM. Prenatal and some postpartum care are provided on site, as well as well woman care.

Gentle Intuition Doula & Massage

Gillian McClinsey-Powell offers birth and postpartum doula services, massage therapy (including prenatal massage), private childbirth education, placenta preparation, babywearing consultations/education, and infant massage classes (private or group instruction available).
